Mizen Design & Build, The Drake Apartments, Deptford, London

This is a new development of 80 contemporary studio, one and two bedroom private and affordable apartments, all just minutes from the City and Canary Wharf.

We worked on the project in the first half of 2009, and needed to satisfy not only the quality requirements of the housing association, but also the stringent standards set by Mizen.

Having worked with the developer on many projects in the past, including a GP's surgery and apartments in Ruislip, we knew what they needed, and they knew we would deliver.
