Bellway Homes, Park 25, Redhill

This development in Redhill, Surrey, consists of 85 houses and 82 apartments, and it is a mixed ownership scheme. We worked on it between 2007 and 2009, with between two and 20 of our contractors involved at any one time.

Throughout the project we achieved the combination of rapid delivery and quality finish that Bellway Homes has been expecting, and receiving, from us on a range of projects since 2003.
